    Crazy Workout Training

Check this out http://joshsgarage.typepad.com/articles/2006/11/frank_miller_mo.html. It's how the actors trained for the movie "300". Throw in some miles on top of that and you got yourself a crazy workout!

Along those same lines I might try implementing something like this into my routine. http://www.simplefit.org/workouts.html Too many people have mentioned to me lately that to keep the weight off cardio is not enough, you need at least some strenght training. Im not great with weight's so that might work.

looks like McBeev is falling farther behind in his training.  gotta start stepping it up B!

If you are without free weights or a gym membership, another weight lifting workout is to use a deck of cards.  You shuffle and do the number of reps that are on the card.  Each suit is a different pushup, situp, etc, etc.

I like to think of it as not really being behind, but more like ready to pounce like a cheetah. The deck of card thing is interesting. I was actually thinking of picking up this chin-up bar. Thought it was pretty cool, and starting on the simple lift plan above.
